Tonight's event was one that I don't think in my wildest dreams I'd ever guess we'd do - we had the awesome opportunity to ride on one of Josh's co-workers yachts and take part in the "Parade of Lights" along the Tacoma waterfront! This boat was GORGEOUS and Scott and his wife were so nice and welcoming to us and the kids - it was wonderful! The "Parade of Lights" is an annual event where boats get decked out in all kind of Christmas garb and parade along the Tacoma waterfront and actually get judged. The boat we were on actually won in 2009! It was a beautiful night and one that I don't think any of us will forget anytime soon. And apparently our kids didn't act up too much (really, they didn't) because we were already invited back for next year's event!!

Blurry picture, but this was the highlight of Zane's night - actually helping drive the boat!!
