He's 3 - Lets Bounce

Landon had his much anticipated Bouncy House party this afternoon!  He has been looking forward to this for weeks!  Everyday he'd ask us if we were going to the bouncy house that day and we'd have to tell him no - today when he asked us; he was so happy when we said YES!  He had a blast!  He was definitely worn out by the end of tonight!  Thank you to everyone who came and helped celebrate our little man and for all of the cool gifts - he is in heaven!

The kids couldn't have all the fun!

What a goof-ball - we just love this little guy to pieces!

He's THREE!

WHAT??  How did my baby get to be 3 years old?  I swear I just found out yesterday I was pregnant with him and now he's 3!!  Everyday has been a blessing since Landon has entered our lives.  He has kept us on our toes and had me go from wanting to pull my hair out one minute to laughing my butt off the next!  Landon is a little spit-fire - stubborn doesn't even begin to describe him!  Yet he is so sweet and kind at the same time!

In celebration of his big day today we made the day all about Landon!  Landon is obsessed with downtown Seattle!  He is obsessed with the big buildings.  We've tried to take him to Bellevue to get a fix for his "big building" obsession and it doesn't work.  A funny side note - he calls Bellevue "W", haha!  After he got up this morning we told him we were going to go to Seattle and he got very excited and was very upset when we left Seattle this evening!

Our morning started out the day with a yummy pancake breakfast and a few gifts for the big man!  He is in love with presents right now - not sure what he's going to do with himself after tomorrow when he isn't getting any more presents!

After presents were opened and played with a little - we started out on our fun day!  First stop - Red Robin for lunch!  One of his favorite sit-down restaurants!

Next stop - the Light Rail!  He was so excited to ride the "train" into Seattle!

First adventure once downtown was the Smith Tower observation deck so Landon could see all of the buildings up close and personal!  He was amazed - as we all were.  Josh and I have lived in the Seattle area all our lives and neither of us had ever been up there before!

These views just never get old.

Back to the train (light rail) and down to Westlake we went!  The boys rode the carousel and then we walked around and checked out all of the "cool buildings" at ground level!

L.O.V.E this picture!
Once our adventures in Seattle came to a close - we took the "train" back to our car and Landon proceeded to have a little meltdown that we were leaving Seattle :(  That is until we reminded him we were having cake once we got home!!  But before heading home we stopped off in Georgetown to take a few touristy photos of the boys!

Happy Birthday baby cakes!  We love you so much and are so happy that God gave you to us!  Can't wait for your party tomorrow!

Santa Hay

My dad came down this afternoon to celebrate Christmas with the boys!  Once again they were spoiled.

The last thing on his Christmas list fulfilled - lucky boy!

Landon's 1st Trip to the Dentist

Both boys had their dental appointments today - but today was Landon's first trip!  He watched Zane get his teeth cleaned first and promptly said that he didn't need a turn!  After Zane; it was indeed Landon's turn and he did great!  He let the hygienist check out all of his teeth and brush them a bit and then let the dentist count them!  Good job buddy!!

Day {Twenty-5} : Christmas

Merry Christmas to all!  We had a great one here at our house and we hope that you too had a great one!  It always amazes me how many months we spend planning this big day and how fast it just swoops by us!  As much as we try to take it in and savor every moment - it never fails that its over in a blink of an eye.

We were all spoiled here in our house and are still having a great time with all of our new toys!

Christmas through the eyes of a child is an amazing view...

The reason for the season - Happy Birthday Jesus.
