I'm pretty lucky to have spent the last 13 years married to this fine fella! We've had our ups and downs; we've had our speed bumps in the road - but we have prevailed through them all and I truly believe that those are the times that make us stronger. I wouldn't want to travel down this road with anyone else! Thanks for being such a great husband and father Josh - I love you more.

12 Years Later
Cannot believe our wedding was 12 years ago - it's amazing how fast time flies. To this day my wedding day is still the best day of my life! The birth of my boys are a tie for second, but without my wedding day; I wouldn't have my boys. Marrying Josh was the start of something awesome - the start of our family. I am so in love with this man and am so happy that he asked me to be his wife. I cannot wait to see what the next 12 years bring!
Our first date ever, when we were lowly freshmen at CWU was to the DQ in Eburg - it was only fitting that he chose to take me there for lunch today :) By lunch - I mean ice cream! See what we can get away with when we don't have kids around - ice cream for lunch - yahoo!!
We've had a great weekend celebrating - but I am ready to have my boys back home tomorrow!
I love you babe and thank you for loving me!

So this is what happens after you've been married for 11 years...you take your kids to dinner with you and take cute pictures of them with your husband, but don't get one picture of you with your husband...
I wouldn't have it any other way :)
Josh and I made an agreement when we first got married that we would always celebrate our anniversary somehow, but wouldn't buy gifts for each other except for the "big" ones (5, 10, 15, 20 etc) - we have held true to that! Except this year! I decided I would surprise him by buying him some cologne since he recently mentioned he didn't have any and I like to pick out what he smells like! I was expecting it to be a big surprise to him - but as usual, he has to one-up me! After I surprised him with his cologne (which he liked by the way - so hard to pick something like that out for someone - even my husband) - he totally surprised me...he bought me an iPad!! Pretty sure the boys have used it way more than I have so far - but I am still pretty stoked! Thanks babe!!
Also, thank you Josh for the last 11 years - they have not always been easy, but they have always been worth it! There is no one else in life I'd rather ride this roller coaster with - buckle up and hold on tight because our ride has just begun baby! I love you.
