Steel Lake

It was such a great warm night tonight, I decided to take the kids to the beach to play in the sand for a bit. My first choice place to go (Redondo) was a no go for two reason, absolutely no parking could be found and the tide was so far in, you couldn't see one speck of sand. I knew Zane would have a complete meltdown if I didn't find some sand elsewhere, so we headed to Steel Lake! Thankfully, there was ample parking and plenty of sand for the boys to play or in Landon's case eat!

And no good beach trip can end without a good meltdown all of the way to the car because someone didn't want to leave when their mommy told them it was time!
