My little fish.

Here are a couple underwater pictures that were taken of Zane at his last swimming lesson last week! We really enjoyed the class and hope to sign up for the next session in September! I wish these were a little more clear, but I guess this is what you get for a $10 underwater disposable camera huh?!

Lions, Tigers & Bears Oh My!

Today was Zane's first experience with the zoo! We headed to Point Defiance Zoo in Tacoma and lets just say it was not the best weather day to go to the zoo! Going to a park that has very few covered places is not ideal on a humid rainy day in the Seattle area! It was still fun, but I look forward to going back some other time when its not as wet!

Rainforest Cafe

I took Zane to the Rainforest Cafe for dinner tonight. Once a month 2 of my girlfriends and I get together for dinner, although we normally do it at each other's houses. This time we decided to go out (and invite another girlfriend along), it was a fun change up to our ordinary lives! The kids seemed to really enjoy the place. I'm hoping the next time we go back we can sit closer to the animals that give a show, we were a little far to see anything, but we could hear it!!

Daddy & Zane

Zane just loves his daddy so much (as do I!!), everyday you can see it more and more as he gets older and more mobile. He follows Josh everywhere in the house, if Josh goes upstairs, Zane starts to fuss and crawls straight towards the stairs to try and follow. If Josh is sitting on the couch, he comes over and puts his arms up for Josh to pick him up. I love watching this relationship build each day.
