I finally had the chance to head over to my friend Jen's to see baby Jack! I have not seen him since the day he was born and that was over a month ago! My kids have been sick left and right, so I have not been able to make it over. Thankfully my inlaws took the boys Saturday for the day and night so I had free time and of course made a run for it to visit the little man!
I really do think that most babies are adorable - buy My Lord Jack is absolutely beautiful! Seriously one of the most beautiful babies I think I've seen in a long time! He is growing like crazy (as he should be) and just a great baby. Thank you Jen for letting me snuggle your little man - can't wait to do it again sometime soon!

| Was absolutely amazed that Landon was able to climb up this all by himself and wasn't the least be afraid. He must've done this slide 10 times! |

Kindergarten Registration
I loathe blog posts without pictures - but sadly I didn't take ONE last night :( I do want to update the blog on our Kindergarten Round-Up that happened last night though so sadly its a short picture-less post!
As luck would have it the first person we talked to upon entering the room is the mom of the other T1 at the school! She gave me her email and phone number immediately and said she had heard about us and her daughter was so excited to "not be alone" anymore. That is an exact quote. Broke my heart that she felt that way, but I can totally understand it at the same time. The mom also works at the school, so that is helpful too.
After our paperwork was checked out - we headed over to the nurse's station to have his immunization records checked off. The two nurses at this table were not the nurses who actual work at that school, but as soon as they heard me say he has T1, they said they had heard about us and that the nurse for the school already knew about us and would be calling me soon to set things up. I am amazed already at the organization for taking care of Zane - hopefully a sign of great things to come!
We filled out the "lottery form" for full-day Kindergarten, they will have 48 spots (2 classes), so praying that Zane's name gets drawn. We will get a call Friday or Monday letting us know. If we don't get full-day, we'll be put on a waiting list and automatically be put into AM Kindergarten.
So in a nut-shell my baby is ready for school - I cannot believe it. I can tell that Zane is having a lot of anxiety and mixed emotions regarding our move. He has never handled big changes well, he's a very routine kid. Its breaking my heart to see him this way, but I know that it is for the best and soon he'll be fine and adjust. Zane is such a tough kid and such a sweet heart, but change just isn't his forte!
Until next time :)

Friends
Moving
This post is going to come as a pretty big surprise to most everyone who regularily reads our blog (assuming some of you regularily do)! A lot has been going on with us that we haven't felt the need to share with most of our friends and only a few family members on each side even know.
We are MOVING!!
We will be moving to Snoqualmie Ridge April 1. We are VERY excited about this move. Very excited about the cute little house we found and the adorable neighborhood. The elementary school is WONDERFUL. I called them today to see about registering Zane for Kindergarten (I can't believe my baby is old enough for Kindergarten)...and thankfully we did not miss registration! Kindergarten Round-Up is TOMORROW NIGHT!!!! We cannot wait! While I was talking to the school secretary today, I informed her that Zane had Type 1 Diabetes and was expecting her to be confused or have no idea on what my next steps were etc...but instead she said "no problem, we have a few Type 1 students here already"!! She even mentioned two staff members who's children are Type 1 and are students at the school! After so much agony over this decision - I cannot believe that things are actually falling into place for us. Now if only we can win the Kindergarten lottery (litterally) and be picked for full-day we'll be in business...think happy thoughts for full-day Kindergarten! Oh...and I need to find a new preschool/childcare for Zane!!
We are sad to be moving so far away from most of our friends and family, but hopefully you'll still visit! My commute will be shortened from over an hour most days to 20-25 mins and our monthly fuel bill will be cut in half!! As with everything in life there are pros and cons, but with this - the pros just outweighed the cons by a longshot.
The packing has begun and its just as terrible as I expected it to be!!

Kash's Birthday Party
Zane went to a buddy from school's birthday party today - thankfully it was before Josh had to head to work so he was able to take him! The party was at Trampoline Nation and we have been there for another birthday party and its almost impossible to contain Landon there. It was a nice chance for Josh and Zane to have some fun together and nice for Landon and I to hang out 1:1 on for a bit!
Thank you Josh for being kind enough to take pictures :)

Two Classy Monkeys
Since I wasn't blessed with twins I will just dress my "3 years apart" boys the same from time to time.
